Complete Creative expression

For 35 years I thought all of my dancing medals and group photographs were at the bottom of the ocean. I was devastated. Who would ever remember how hard I tried to be just like the older girls in my large dance school in London. They had such  beautiful costumes, amazing point shoes and the way they held themselves was quite captivating. I finally made it to a level that i could join them in my final show before we moved country and i felt like a star! But the proof was all lost! Well now i realize that my dad just hadn't un-packed all of the boxes when moving country and actually they were with him all along! But the point was, I needed to be able to convey my love of dance to my new friends of New Zealand and to this day I love showing my children how mummy danced on point with the older groups, because I tried and succeeded at getting to that level. Photos are not just a moment in time that is easily lost. They are a reminder of how far we have come and the identity that has expanded and blossomed over the years. Dont do this photo session just because it looks cool or because it is so much fun to play with the possiblies of light. Do it because you want to showcase how awesome you are! Because there is only one you and only one person to capture in these images that can shine as bright as the lights and that again in you! Lets capture your light and show the world how you shine!
